Yes, unfortunately, throughout the past 35 years, the political and media landscape of post-Soviet Armenia has been saturated from top to bottom with treacherous neo-Bolsheviks who have had no regard for our national interests and have served foreign, hostile powers, particularly the Kremlin. And yes, the decent Armenians themselves bear a large share of the responsibility for the humiliating situation we find ourselves in today, having allowed our country to reach this disgraceful state through their passivity and indifference. Pointing out and emphasizing Moscow's betrayals against the Armenian nation over the decades does not mean that we do not bear personal responsibility for our own mistakes, shortcomings, and failures.

We are fully aware that when the time comes to build a national state, we will have plenty of work to do in cleaning up our Homeland. Nevertheless, anyone who disregards Russia's profoundly negative influence on our state's sovereignty and independence, believing that it does not play a decisive role in our country's ability to rise again, is gravely mistaken and should have no place in politics. Anyone who believes that, while remaining under Russia's yoke, we can develop a national political movement without obstruction and use it to build a national state is an ignorant person detached from reality.

We, Armenian nationalists, accept personal responsibility for the current dire and critical state of our Homeland. We are doing, and will continue to do, everything within our capabilities to pull our country out of this situation. At the same time, we refuse to deceive ourselves and clearly understand that when an empire has had its boot on your neck for more than 200 years, it becomes very difficult to breathe...

That is precisely why, in our long-term strategy for achieving our national objectives, we continually emphasize the necessity of the impending third and final collapse of the Judeo-Russian empire, because without it, we will suffocate. We are effectively trapped, and only that divine intervention can open a window of opportunity for us to launch a new struggle for liberation.

The empire of the White Turks must fall so that Armenia can breathe again and rise to its feet.

Neo-Bolshevism must be destroyed so that the Armenian nation can break free from the Russian-Turkish cage and be reborn.
