What is happening today in Nepal is very similar to what will happen in Armenia in the future if everything continues this way. Nepal suffers from the same corruption, poverty, degradation, and betrayal that exist in Armenia today. Chaos now reigns in Nepal, as the entire political field is paralyzed—every party has lost its reputation and the trust of the people. The same is inevitably awaiting Armenia within a few years, because the seeds of future chaos were sown long ago, and all the prerequisites are already present.
Our political system is nothing more than a house of cards, built on deception, treachery, defeatism, and the illusion of “peace.” It will collapse with a single blow (most likely in the form of a global economic crisis), because, just like in Nepal, the system in Armenia is rotten to the core. The political arena will become completely paralyzed, because no one will trust the political forces of the neo-Bolshevik system any longer. They (both government and “opposition”) will lose all credibility overnight (a process that already began years ago), as their corruption, betrayal, and incompetence become fully exposed. The neo-Bolshevik traitors driving our Fatherland toward the abyss will no longer be able to defend themselves with their money and media. However, unlike Armenia, Nepal (which is also a landlocked country) can endure such upheavals for a long time. For Armenia, surrounded by enemies, this would be nothing short of catastrophic.
I do not say this to be a pessimist or a bearer of doom. I say it so that we do not live with illusions. I say it so that we, as a nation, are prepared for the difficult challenges that inevitably await us. The only solution is for decent and conscious Armenians to unite from this very day around a single independent and national political movement. Only through organization will we be able to withstand the coming storm.
In times of such disorder and chaos, the people will seek a disciplined, strong, and “radical” nationalist movement—completely outside of, and opposed to, the system—to lead them in the right direction and to restore order in the country. We have only one chance left to save our independent statehood, and we must not, at any cost, let that chance slip away.
