The neo-Bolsheviks—consciously or even unconsciously—seek to turn the current “Third Republic” into a “Fourth Republic,” which would keep us dependent not only on Russia, but also on Turkey and Azerbaijan. This semi-sovereign, incompetent “Third Republic” is dependent on our sworn “ally,” while the “Fourth Republic” they envision is meant to be dependent on our sworn enemies as well. 

The first step of this agenda was, of course, the great betrayal of Artsakh, which was followed by numerous other anti-Armenian actions, such as purchasing fuel from Azerbaijan. The next step will be the amendment of the Constitution. And all of this is unequivocally being carried out under Kremlin directives and with the support of the Zionist occupied West. Their objective is to transform the Republic of Armenia into the so-called “Western Azerbaijan,” thereby completely eliminating, for Russians, Turks, and Zionists alike, the threat of the restoration of an Armenian national state. That is why they are promoting their invented concept of a “Fourth Republic,” first introduced by Armenia’s former president, MI6 agent Armen Sarkissian. He even declared: “Toward the Fourth Republic.”

Kemalist deputies try to avoid speaking openly about their Armenophobic ideas and objectives before elections, but after the elections we will witness large-scale propaganda in that direction. This will provoke a strong backlash not only against the Civil Contract party and the fake “opposition” backing it, but against the entire political system. Our enemies—working in cooperation with traitorous neo-Bolsheviks—want us, by our own methods and by our own hands, to gradually dismantle our own state, so that the blame can be placed solely on us. After that, we are expected to once again turn to the Kremlin for “salvation,” just as we did after the treacherous 44-day war...

The entire meaning and objective of the anti-Armenian, neo-Bolshevik agenda of the “Fourth Republic” is to deprive the Armenian nation of independent statehood, which will inevitably lead to a new Armenian genocide. The enemy has a clear goal and is methodically and insidiously advancing it—and will continue to do so until it encounters a wall. And that wall is pure Armenian nationalism, because only such a national current can stop this madness that is driving the Armenia toward destruction. Only a political struggle rooted in Armenian nationalist ideas can reshuffle the cards in the hands of these major players.

We must show them that the “Third Republic” will not be transformed into a “Fourth Republic,” but into a National State, one that will raise our nation to its feet once again and deliver a crushing defeat to Baku.
