If we want real allies, not merely sponsors or patrons; if we want real peace, not just the illusion of peace; if we want a dignified Armenian future, not a Turkified and enslaved one, then above all we must rely on our own strength, regardless of how few we are or how limited our resources may be. History has repeatedly shown that a minority, if united, organized, devoted, and determined, can prevail over forces materially and numerically far greater than itself.

History will force us to wage a decisive struggle; it will not consider whether we are few in number, short on resources, or mentally prepared for such a challenge. The war will come to our door, and whether we want it or not, we must be ready. Our enemies want us to adopt a servile and defeatist mindset, because they wish to see Armenians submissive, divided, and humiliated—but that will not last long. Our movement will awaken the Armenian spirit of combat and struggle, planting in our nation the simple truth that victory comes only by the strength of our own arms, and without victory, there is no salvation and peace.

It is around this victorious mindset that we can unite as a nation once again, transform into a force to be reckoned with, and become the terror of our enemies.
