Every movement must have organization and hierarchy if it wishes to develop and achieve success. Our movement, with its grand ideas and serious goals, has a clear structure:
Leader – The face of the movement and the embodiment of its ideas. The role of the leader is not only to govern but also to symbolize the collective will of the movement, to serve as a source of inspiration, and to act as a guiding compass. Without a leader, all other layers of the movement lose their unity.
Members – The core of the movement: a disciplined and ideologically committed minority. They participate in meetings, conferences, and rallies. Their consistent work and dedication create authority, seriousness, and brotherhood. They set an example for others. Without such a strong core, it is impossible to build a movement capable of achieving long-term goals and attaining victory.
Supporters – The practical foundation. While they may not live entirely by the ideology, they agree with our overall vision and goals and support the movement with whatever they can. They participate periodically in meetings and rallies, giving the movement recognition and legitimacy. This layer is essential for the growth and expansion of any organization.
Sympathizers – The passive layer. They are not fully committed yet but sympathize with our movement and, in times of crisis, can become supporters or even members. Occasionally, they participate in meetings and rallies, providing both an engaged audience and human presence. Many of them can be called upon for help or service, as they are already aligned with our goals and see potential in the movement.
Followers – The broadest audience. Even passive followers are valuable, as they spread the movement’s message, maintain visibility, and in times of crisis, many of them will side with us, providing essential mass support.
