As our movement continues to inform the entire Armenian people about Russia’s deceitful and treacherous policy toward our country, there are often people who say that “we are to blame,” since it is our treacherous government that betrays the Homeland first and foremost. That is true, but they forget to mention that not only did the Kremlin bring these treasonous scoundrels to power in 2018, but since 1991 it has also thoroughly corrupted and defiled our entire political arena, filling it from top to bottom with its neo-Bolshevik agents and puppets. They also say that if we have a normal state, we will be able to come to an understanding with the Russians and make them our allies, failing to understand that Moscow has no interest in having fraternal and allied relations with us. It has never viewed us in that way, because it has always regarded our nation as a subordinate servant and our Homeland as a colony of its empire. Their agenda is to destroy our independence, just as they did in 1921 with the Kemalists, but this time permanently, because Armenian nationalism and the Armenian national liberation struggle are far more dangerous to the Russians than the creation of Pan-Turanism. This is a bitter truth that the majority of Armenians are unable to accept.

If you do not believe any of this, let us remember what happened in 1988, when the Artsakh Movement began. Tens of thousands of our compatriots took to the streets with the just and peaceful demand of uniting Artsakh with Soviet Armenia, and they presented themselves as entirely pro-Russian and pro-Soviet, because, unfortunately, very few Armenians at the time were even thinking about independence. Yet the Kremlin was not interested in this flattery. The Russians strongly opposed these demonstrations, labeling them “extreme nationalist,” because they knew very well that this could spark a larger national struggle through which Armenia could escape the Soviet Union’s death grip. And that is exactly what happened: the Armenian people began to realize that we could not fight for our national interests without resisting not only Turkish, but also Russian anti-Armenian policies. This gave rise to the idea of independence. Through a difficult path, our people came to see that sucking up to the white Turks is a thankless endeavor: it has never benefited us and never can, because, as I said, they have always opposed and will always oppose our national interests.

However, sadly, our people, suffering from short term memory, once again forgot this important lesson, because 30 years after the end of the Artsakh Movement—following the treacherous 44-day war—the people of Artsakh were still absurdly flattering Russia in Artsakh, waving pictures of the Kremlin's tyrant and Soviet flags, failing to realize that it was precisely the Russians, cooperating with the Turks, Jews, and Armenian traitors, who stabbed us in the back before, during and after the war. In 2023, we once again saw what this flattery toward Russia ultimately brought us to...

Therefore, forget about trying to come to an understanding with Russia under these circumstances and in this situation. We can come to an understanding with the Russians and advance our national interests only when the Judeo-Russian empire collapses for the third and final time, taking with it the neo-Bolshevik system ruling in Armenia, which has poisoned our society for decades and kept the Armenian nation in chains. And thank God that time is on the horizon...
