There are many people in Armenia who speak boldly about revolution either online or in friendly circles, but in reality, they don’t take even the smallest step toward making that revolution a reality in the future. They waste time doing nothing, all the while constantly repeating that “there’s no time,” thus justifying their shortsightedness, inaction, laziness, and cowardice. They talk about grand ideas, but they’re not willing to make even the smallest sacrifice for the sake of their vision.

Our society—especially the political field—is full of such immature and childish individuals, and that’s precisely why everything is moving forward so slowly. If, instead of boasting and complaining, they took even a small step, we would have long since carried out a national revolution. But through their inaction, these people are obstructing true national revolutionaries from doing what’s necessary for a future national rebirth.

The true revolutionary is the one who is ready to sacrifice not only their pleasures and comfort, but also their life for the sake of their ideals. The one who, instead of merely talking big, persistently and steadfastly builds a revolutionary movement over the years—laying one stone upon another—which can become the foundation of the future national state. The one who acts with fanatical and unwavering faith, without any guarantee, regardless of how many people may doubt, criticize, mock, or discredit him—for he is certain that his words and actions are the most truthful.

The real revolutionary is not the one who bends to reality—but the one who, with unbreakable will, bends reality itself…
