Being the leader of a political movement is not a privilege — it is a great responsibility and at the same time a great honor. A leader is not only obliged to continue the unfinished work of the ancestors, but also to bring their old struggle to life in the right way for a new era and a new generation — something very difficult, yet very rewarding. 

Being a leader does not mean enjoying material benefits like a boss or an ordinary manager; it means selflessly serving the nation with discipline, truth, dedication, and steadfastness while never tiring, never losing hope and never giving up.
