March 21 marks the first day of spring and the ancient Armenian-Aryan New Year, symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness through the Sun’s illuminating rays. The ancient Armenians celebrated this day because bringing truth and enlightenment to humanity has always been not just a mission of the Armenian nation but an instinct ingrained in its very essence. Throughout history, countless heroic Armenians have carried out this historic sacred mission.
One of the greatest examples in modern times was Garegin Nzhdeh, who established the Davit-Bek Oaths in the Armenian Highlands in 1920, the Tseghakron Oaths in the United States in 1933, and Taronakanism in Europe in 1937—demonstrating that even in the modern world, the divine instinct to spread light continues to guide us. He pursued this mission regardless of how far he was from the Fatherland, for the light of truth knows no borders. In doing so, he made it clear that his ideas were not just pan-Armenian, nor merely pan-Aryan, but truly for all Mankind.
Nzhdeh left us a blazing torch through his ideology and actions, so that we may carry forward this sacred fire into the 21st century, transforming it into a strong and organized movement, whose goal is not only to prevent the final downfall of Armenia’s independence and protect our Fatherland from fragmentation but also to awaken the Armenian nation and inspire other nations in the pursuit of a more just world.
By embodying these ideas through our movement, we are sowing the seeds of a future Greater Armenia, whose fruits will be harvested by the brave generations to come. With our Prophetic Commander’s immortal teachings in our minds, his glorious example in our hearts, and his fiery spirit always supporting us, we declare with certainty that this time, not only Syunik will tremble—but the entire world.
