Lavrov’s preconditions for negotiations on the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis are as follows:
1) Ukraine must amend its constitution.
2) The new constitution must recognize the Kherson, Donetsk, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia regions as an integral part of Russia.
3) Presidential elections must be held in Ukraine, after which Russia will be ready to sign a "Reconciliation Treaty" with the new and legitimate president.
4) Ukraine must reduce its military; the Ukrainian army must not exceed 50,000 troops.
5) Ukraine must suspend all international military agreements.
Anyone reading these lines can easily see the similarity between what Azerbaijan demands from us and the kinds of preconditions it wants Armenia to accept in order to sign (if such a thing were to happen) that ridiculous so-called "peace treaty", whichas I have previously mentioned, will be nothing more than an "Armenian Versailles". Just swap out a few names, words, and numbers from the above preconditions, and we will hardly see a difference between the demands for signing that "peace treaty".
This similarity also shows us that Azerbaijan’s preconditions towards Armenia are not merely the desires of the Turks but also those of Russia. These preconditions and threats do not originate solely from Baku but also from further away—from Moscow. From this, we can conclude that Russia is cunningly continuing its imperial and expansionist policy.
One could say that the Kremlin is speaking to us through the lips of Baku’s tyrant. In Ukraine's case, it might be more direct, but with Armenia, Russia must state its preconditions indirectly, since, de jure, it is our "strategic ally". However, all of this once again proves that the Kremlin is treacherously plotting against us behind our backs and in reality, since at least 2016, the Russian-Turkish (with Zionism lurking in the shadows) alliance has been revived against Armenia’s independence.
Armenia must not sign any "peace treaty" until it once again becomes a force to be reckoned with and, by crushing its enemies, restores its former reputation as a victorious army and state.
