In this age, it is not enough to be merely a soldier; one must be a political soldier. A soldier, with weapon in hand, defends the borders of the Fatherland. His mission is the defense of the native land. The political soldier is also ready to defend his country with arms when the time comes and when it becomes necessary. But he understands that the struggle between nations is fought not only on the battlefield, but also in the informational, ideological, and spiritual spheres.

The political soldier fights on two fronts at once— with a rifle when the Fatherland is threatened, and with truthful words, noble ideas, and an unbreakable will when the identity and future of the nation are at stake. If the soldier protects the nation from physical dangers, the political soldier also protects its spirit and its destiny.

The uniform of our movement is precisely the uniform of the Armenian political soldier for this new era.
